Account & Data Deletion Request

If you are a user of SkoolMate Parent and wish to delete your account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Please send us an email with the following details:

• Registered mobile number
• Parent name
• School name (if applicable)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After Request

• Your account will be deactivated
• All personal data will be removed or anonymized from our system
• Processing time: 7–14 business days

Some data may be retained if required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or administrative purposes.
